Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and customer-focused, offering a smooth and reassuring shopping experience. Below is a complete overview of our return and refund process for orders within the United States.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window for all eligible products purchased through our website. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to ensure resalability.
  3. All original components, accessories, and documentation must be returned.
  4. A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for processing.

Note: Custom-made or personalized wooden décor items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process

To begin a return, follow these steps:

Email our support team at support@blissgrove.store or call +1 (424) 414-2455. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization:
Upon approval, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.

Package Your Item:
Repack the item securely in its original box with all included materials. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Return:
Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location. Keep the shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.

Return Shipping Costs

Bliss Grove offers free return shipping for eligible returns within the U.S. using the prepaid label we provide. If you opt to use a different shipping method or carrier, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status. If approved:

  1. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  2. The refunded amount includes the product price, excluding original shipping charges (if any).
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card provider may require an additional 3-10 business days to reflect the funds.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover all costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging by emailing support@blissgrove.store.

We will:

  1. Provide a free return or replacement.
  2. Send a prepaid return label.
  3. Process your refund or replacement within 3-5 business days after receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective:

  1. Items that have been used, altered, or assembled.
  2. Personalized or custom-made wooden products.
  3. Gift cards and promotional/free items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order. This helps us serve you faster and ensures product availability.
