Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Whether you're ordering a single wall accent or furnishing your entire home with natural wooden décor, you can enjoy our craftsmanship with no added shipping fees.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all regions within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are actively working to expand our shipping services in the near future.

Delivery Timeframe

Our total delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is placed. This includes both handling and transit times, as outlined below:

Handling Time: All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 1 to 2 business days. Each wooden item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high quality standards.

Transit Time: Once shipped, your package typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Example

If you place an order on Monday before 2:00 PM PST, it will generally be processed by Tuesday or Wednesday and delivered between Wednesday and the following Monday.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on factors like weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your handcrafted pieces are delivered safely and on time.

Important Notes

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Holiday Shipping: During busy seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or promotional events, both handling and transit times may be slightly extended. We encourage placing orders early to avoid delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare case your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work swiftly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

No P.O. Boxes: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address is required for the delivery of all Bliss Grove products.
